Ninety minutes a week. One seat per trade. Real referrals, on the record.

This is what membership in a Money Magnets group asks of you, and what it gives back. Read it, then come sit in on a meeting before you decide anything.

What a member commits to

  • Show up every week.

Your group meets once a week at 8:00 AM at the Elks Lodge, Palm Coast, FL. Attendance is taken. The people who get referrals are the people whose faces the room knows.

  • Hold your trade’s seat.

You are the group’s plumber, or roofer, or CPA. Nobody else in that room does what you do, so every “do you know a good…” that a member hears is yours.

  • Bring referrals, not just business cards.

A referral is a real person who needs something and has agreed to be contacted. You pass it at the table and log it in the group’s app the same morning.

  • Meet one-to-one.

Between meetings, sit down with one member at a time. Members keep a running sheet on each partner in the app (what they do best, what a great referral for them looks like) so the referrals get sharper every week.

  • Give first.

Members are ranked on referrals given, never received. The leaderboard shows who is feeding the group.

How a referral moves

Every referral is followed from the moment it is given until it closes. Either party can move it along. Closed value is recorded in dollars, so the group can see what it actually passed, not what it felt like it passed.

Visiting a meeting

Email us with your name, your business and your trade, and say which morning suits you. We’ll tell you whether that seat is open in the Tuesday group or the Thursday group, and confirm the date.

On the morning: doors open at 8:00 AM. You’ll sit through the whole meeting, 8:00 to 9:30, including the thirty-second introductions, and guests introduce themselves right after the members do. Bring business cards. Members will ask for them.

Questions people ask first

  • Is this part of BNI or another franchise?

No. Money Magnets is independent and run locally in Palm Coast.

  • What if my trade is already taken?

Each group holds one seat per trade, and the two groups keep separate rosters. If yours is taken on Thursday it may be open on Tuesday. Ask; we’ll check both.

  • Do I have to be religious?

No. We open in prayer, and everyone is welcome at the table whatever you believe.

  • Can I be in both groups?

A few members are. Ask when you visit.

  • What’s the app?

Members get the Money Magnets app on their phone or in the browser: the roster, referral logging and the pipeline, one-to-one sheets, meeting briefings, attendance and reports. Accounts are set up by your group’s admin once you join.
