Reports
The group’s numbers, counted on the server.
Manage members
Accounts are invite-only — this is where they come from.
The calendar key lets someone keep the group’s diary — add, edit and cancel meetings — without any of the rest of this page. Admins have it already.
Groups
Every group keeps its own roster, its own invite code and its own numbers. Nothing crosses between them — except a report you deliberately run across both.

First-time setup codes
Every member gets a personal code. In the app they tap I have a setup code, check their listing, add categories and tags, and pick their own password. A code works once — make a new one if someone loses theirs or forgets their password.
