These terms cover the Money Magnets member directory at moneymagnets.ericolsen.studio and the members-only Money Magnets app. Using either one means you accept them.
The short version. The directory exists so members can refer each other real business. Log referrals honestly, keep the list to yourself rather than feeding it to a mailing list, and remember that nobody here is vouching for anybody's workmanship.
1. Who runs this
The directory and app are operated by ERICOLSEN.STUDIO LLC, 45 Parkway Drive, Palm Coast, FL 32164, on behalf of the Money Magnets referral groups. Money Magnets is an independent referral organisation in Palm Coast, Florida running two morning groups — Palm Coast Tuesday and Palm Coast Thursday — and is not affiliated with BNI or any other franchised networking organisation.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are for members of a Money Magnets group only. A group admin either creates yours and hands you a temporary password, or gives you your chapter's join code to set it up in the app. There is no public sign-up.
- Your invite includes a temporary password. The app makes you replace it the first time you sign in.
- Your login is yours. Don't share it, and tell an admin promptly if you think somebody else has it — any admin can reset your password and email you a new one.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you leave the group, your account is deactivated and your listing comes out of the directory.
3. Your listing
You control the details in your listing and you're responsible for their accuracy. Only publish contact details you're happy for members — and, for the public directory page, visitors — to see. Keep it to your own business: the listing is not advertising space for anyone else, and it isn't a place for offers, claims you can't back up, or anything unlawful.
By filling it in, you're giving us permission to display it in the app and on this website for as long as you're a member. You keep ownership of everything you write and of your logo and brand.
4. Logging referrals
- A referral means you actually sent someone to that member. Log it once, log it honestly, and don't inflate the count — the leaderboard is only worth reading if everyone does.
- Referrals are credited the moment you log them. There's no approval step, so the accuracy is on you.
- You can edit or delete referrals you gave. Admins can remove any entry that's clearly a mistake or a duplicate.
- Include only what the receiving member needs in order to follow up. Don't record sensitive details about the person you're referring.
- The app doesn't handle money. Any fee, commission, or arrangement between members is strictly between them.
5. Using the directory
The member list is for passing business between members. It is not a marketing list. Don't scrape it, bulk-export it, feed it into a mailing tool, or pass it to anyone outside the group. Cold-blasting the roster is the fastest way to lose your account, and unsolicited commercial email may also break federal law.
You also agree not to attempt to break into the service, probe it for weaknesses, or use it in any way that interferes with other members.
6. Conduct
Behave the way you would at your group’s meeting. Anything abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or dishonest — in a listing or a note on a referral — can be removed, and repeat problems mean the account goes. Group admins have the final say on membership; this is a private group and access is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
7. No endorsement, no guarantee
Membership of the group is not a licence check, a background check, or an endorsement. We don't vet members' work, insurance, qualifications, pricing, or results, and listing someone here is not a recommendation from us. Do your own due diligence before hiring anyone, exactly as you would with any other business. Any contract you enter into is between you and that member, and any dispute is between the two of you.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change features, take it down for maintenance, or discontinue it entirely — it's a free tool for a local group, not a paid product with an uptime promise. We'll give members reasonable notice before shutting anything down for good. We may also update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, ERICOLSEN.STUDIO LLC and the group's organisers are not liable for lost business, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the app, the directory, or any dealing between members. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that can't be limited by law.
10. Ownership
The app, this website, their design and code belong to ERICOLSEN.STUDIO LLC. The "Money Magnets" name and mark belong to the group. Your own content stays yours. Don't copy the app or the site, or use the group's name to imply an endorsement you don't have.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Flagler County, Florida.
