You can delete your Money Magnets account yourself, right here, whether or not you still have the app installed. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login — email, password hash, role, and chapter membership.
- Your member listing — name, business, category, description, phone, website and keywords, from both the app and this website's directory.
- Your referral history — every referral you gave and every referral you received, including their dollar values, notes and timelines.
- Your meeting records — attendance, one-to-ones you were part of, and reminders you set.
What is kept, and for how long
- Guests you invited and files you uploaded to the group's shelf stay, because they belong to the group rather than to you. They are simply no longer linked to your name.
- Ordinary server logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) roll off after a few weeks, as described in the privacy policy.
- Our nightly database backups are kept for up to 60 days and then aged out. Your data disappears from them on that schedule, and a backup is never restored into the live service except to recover from a disaster — in which case we would delete your account again.
If you would rather step back without erasing the group's referral history, ask an admin to deactivate your account instead. That removes you from the directory but keeps the records intact.
Running a group? If you are the only organisation admin of a group that still has other members, make someone else an org admin first (in the app: Me → Manage members). Otherwise nobody would be left who can run it. If you are the last member of a group, deleting your account dissolves the group as well.

Your login, listing and referral history are gone. If the app is still on your phone, you can uninstall it. Thanks for being part of the group.
Can't sign in?
If you have forgotten your password or no longer have access to the email on the account, email info@ericolsen.studio from any address with the name and business you joined under. We will verify it is you, delete the account, and confirm by reply — normally within a few days and always within 30.
